Ready to join, anyone else trying to get loved ones in shape along with themselves?

Hello everyone,

I have recently started not with my own fitness but with my loved ones'. I am often reffered to as "the health nazi" or "food nazi" in my home:mad:, but it is for THEM that I am so strict. Plus, I'm not eating icecream and cake all the time either.

Sometimes I think I will give up and let my parents do what they want with their lives, but I know how much more energy they will have and how much greater they will feel. (i am nineteen, but live at home for summers)

We are all currently busting through south beach diet and workout plans AND getting results!!! Finally all that nagging is starting to pay off. Does anyone have tips on "carrot" motivation instead of the DON'Ts and STOP eating that "stick" motivation?

I am always looking for new ways to be healthy and that's why I am here.

i think results will be enough, if you can keep them going. Being active and eating healthy can affect so many parts of your life, including more energy, better sleep, better digestion and overall mood.
