I've never liked diet or exercise so this will be a challenge. I'm very active but i've been an unhappy 160 pounds for the last year or two. For a 5'7' frame alot of people think i look 'Okay' but what's really bothering me are my eating habits they aren't far from healthy, but i'd like to be more proactive about my health. Portion control is my main priority. My plans are to keep to a schedule that seems as natural as possible. I'm sure with regular exercise i can look and feel great
