Ready to be well!

Hi All,

My name is Kathryn, im working on my weight loss goals, and have been working closely with my Doctor and a nutritionist. I came looking for more support for my weight loss. I know what I need to do, but I want someone to support me and clap for me when I am able to shed a few pounds at a time. Everyone has an opinion, but I've kinda figured out what is working for me.
"Diets" aren't helpful for me. Eating only grapefruit, cabbage or hamburger isn't going to make my body feel well. I've been working hard to change how and what I eat, safely and slowly.

I'm 5" 7' and 185lbs. I'm looking to lose around 35 pounds, to get my BMI in the right zone. I'm planning to get married in early 2013, and want to start my marriage without worrying about how badly my arm fat will look in the pictures! Exercise is hard for me sometimes, as I have pretty high anxiety and pretty low confidence, but I'm working on it!

I'm happy to be taking another step in the right direction!
 
Good luck. Exersize is best when you can make it fun. I like to bike. If it's not for you, hiking, or just walking is another exersize that can be fun.
