Just looking for others who are as set to change as I am. I joined a gym 2 months ago and refused to talk to anyone about it. I lost a whole 18 pounds and am feeling pretty good. But the challenge has only begun, now that I know I won't be quiting anytime soon. I'm looking for support, ideas, workout challenges (I'm pretty clueless) and diet tips.
I joined a Kick Boxing class in the begining of Febuary as well. I think it's helping but I'm to nervous to check the scale.... I cheated really bad this month (cheezie pizza, ice cream, truffle cake, and more pizza) and not in moderation :(...I think it's time I back up my hard work with a support system and I'm hoping to find it here.

Wow 18lbs amazing work! dont be nervous to check the scale. if you do and dont see a change or if you went up by a little always tell yourself "I'll get you next time" and so forth. Dont let the scale be the judge of you! lol
