I'm new to this site and this is my first time reading and participating in a Forum. I am 29yo Female that needs to lose 85 lbs. I really want to lose at least 30 lbs b/f I turn 30 in July. I have lost a ton of weight in the past just to put it back on and then some. I just pretty much deprived myself of food and once I started eating I just gained it all back plus more. I just want to do it the right way this time. Last year I lost 25 lbs with eating healthier and taking cardio classes 3 times a week. Since November I gained back 10 pounds of the 25, the cardio class is no longer going on. I want this year to be "the year" to put all this weight behind me. I am ready to put all past failures behind me and succeed! Any suggestions are welcomed!!
