Hi everyone,
I am glad i've joined this forum, and hopefully it'll keep me motivated. I only want to lose 20lbs, but as easy as it sounds, it's been really difficult for me to lose this past year. Maybe because I start diets and don't stick to them, which has led me to gain weight instead of losing. This summer I wanted to lose 10lbs and ended up gaining 5.
This is the heaviest I've been, and I'm trying to put a stop to it before it gets worse. I am 21 yrs old, 5'1 and 140 lbs. For my height and age, the ideal weight would be 118-120, but I could settle for 123lbs. I'm looking forward to sharing this experience with all of you.
