Re-losing weight

Hey there. A while ago I used to come here daily, and was motivated with a decent workout plan and diet. Well at christmas I couldnt work out for about a week...well that bumped me off my routine, and I didn't work out or eat healthy for a few months  . I gained back like 10+lbs of fat around my stomach.

I am now back into the workout routine, and starting back up on the diet, but I was wondering if it will be just as difficult to remove the fat as it was the first time, i've heard rumors going both ways. Also, a wierd thing is while I was gaining fat in my stomach, my arms and shoulders kept decent, and i don't feel (or see) any fat that I might have gained back, in fact I *feel* that my arms actually lost fat, but I don't see how thats possible so yeah.

Anyways thanks for the info, AP.

it'll take the exact same process. the only reason its easier is because you already know the proper way to do it.

It's just were your body puts it first. Generally speaking, guys put it on their stomach first and girls put it on their lower half.

Keep eating poorly and not exercising and other areas will start to get fatter.

I remember you, welcome back.

Yeah, JTM's right. The abdomen is a fav first place for fat to deposit, and fav last place to leave.

There is some evidence that chronic long term yoyo-ing can make it more difficult to lose weight. Mostly b/c it screws up your metabolism and whatnot.

However, Malkore is right, it'll take the exact same process as before, but might even feel a bit easier since you know what to do.
