Rate my Diet Plan Please!

Hey I'm 15 and I have been trying to lose my last 20 pounds of weight loss. Please rate my diet plan and I have some questions in between.
Food:
Morning (7 AM): Oatmeal (300 cal one serving?)/Egg Beater Omelet (50 cal 2 Servings + Vegetables)
School Lunch (10:30): Salad w/ Grilled Chicken (Home-made)
Dinner (5:00): Grilled Chicken + Brown Rice

Exercises:
30 minute Cardio Workout DVD (after dinner, daily)
Saturday: About 2 hours at the gym (Should I do a bit of running then do my usual strength training or what? I usually run a mile.
Weekend Meals are the Same
I also walk alot throughout my day. I walk at least 5 miles and climb a total of 50 staircases a day in my school just to get around to my classes. I also have gym class.
I also started a green tea supplement I take one in the morning and one at lunch. If anyone says otherwise i will change the times when i take my pills. The ones i bought didn't have specific instructions. I know this is all to little but it is the least I can do. Please give me any advice especially if you are in my exact situation.

Aim to drink at least 1 ounce of water for every 2 pounds that you weigh.

From your list of things you eat, it's impossible to tell how many calories your consuming. It all begins with what your caloric needs are and how much your taking in. Also your personal specs, height, weight etc.

I drink about 2-3 bottles of water which is about 4-6 cups of water a day. I know it's little but I try my best while in school to get to the fountains.
 
I am 5 foot 3
Weigh about 138-140 lbs
I'm not sure about my caloric needs but my doctor said it is a healthy diet for my age. Also does anyone know about the Green Tea pills?

It might help to carry a small water bottle with you at school and fill it up at the fountains... That may help you to drink more... I know that I refill old half litre water bottles. It not only helps you to have more - but it also helps you to quantify how much you are having and a half litre bottle is not heavy to carry around in your bag.
