My husband and I have been playing raquetball for about a year now and it is by far the best exercise that I do. I find that if the exercise is fun, and doesnt seem like exercise or work, then I'm more likely to do it.
So it's just a suggestion that if anyone has raquetball courts at their gym, or courts nearby, it's an awesome way to get your exercise in. And once we became better at it, playing with 3 people (called CutThroat, basically 2 against one) is the easiest way to keep your heart rate up and get your cardio in without having to stand on a treadmill for 30 minutes.
Oh, and it's a great way for workout buddies or couples to exercise together!
