I'm so sorry to hear you were simply dropped like that :grouphug: Of course if someone doesn't want to be in a relationship anymore breaking up is always the right thing to do (and you probably don't want to know the reason) but it still hurts like hell for a while.

Energy-wise... Sleep patterns (amount, quality, regularity), food (quality and quantity), drinking enough water, and regular gentle exercise all make a difference for me. But Cate is right: if you can get blood work done it's a good idea to get things checked out. Iron deficiency and thyroid issues are common causes of fatigue in young women.
