Quick question - training over the next few days

Ok, so I've been seeing a personal trainer and I have been getting more into regular weight lifting with my cardio but I have a quick question. I've been working a schedule like this.

Monday
3 Chest exercises (BB bench, incline bench, etc)
3 shoulder exercises
3 tricep exercises

Wed
4 back exercises
2 bicep exercises
2 ab exercises

Friday
Legs!
Squats
Leg presses
Quad and hamstring extensions or lunges

My question is that I started this cycle this week on saturday, so yesterday should have been my leg day but I was unable to get to the gym. I am going to meet my trainer on Monday, so what would be a good use of my time tonight (thursday), friday, saturday, and sunday? Would there be a good superset mix or something?

I can! I guess I am wondering if I am going to lose anything by waiting until Monday to do my chest, triceps and shoulders or if I should squeeze in some upperbody between now and then.
 
Does your trainer expect you to be prepared for a specific WO? I mean you could do WO-C today, then do A Saturday and show up ready for B Monday.
