Quick question please help

I am maintaining a diet and doing my excercise. But, I was taking cortislim a while back and it was ok. What supplement is best to take while dieting and working out for women. (nothing with ephedra in it) help me out.
 
Multivitamins...

I don't like fat burners though, I had bad experiences with temper and foul moods with them. They were ephedra though.
 
Hey - I take ThermoBurst during workouts. It really gives me energy for an extra push, although it's not a diet pill. You can get it at the GNC. Also, you should try green tea extract pills, CLA (which is supposed to burn fat) and if you get cravings at night 5HTP. You should be sure to research all of these first to find out if they are really what you want!

If you give your body what it needs - naturally - you don't need artificial supplements to get in shape. Healthy food, good workout, enough sleep. Someone mentioned green tea extract - why not a cup of green tea?
