Quick Breakfasts

Hey everyone just found this site, I was just wondering if anyone has any ideas for breakfast that I can either make a lot of in advance and it wont go old, or something that is quick to make. I am lookin for something high in protien since I am bulking right now

I can't think of anything quick as well as rich in protein unless you get those proteins from a supplement. In that case you could put milk, protein and oat for example into a mixer and that would be really quick. You could also eat turky, ham or tuna, but that's not the best for breakfast because of the fact that it takes very long to digest. You could boil eggs and that's fairly quick but you should do it every morining because it's not a good idea to store them.

ok thanks for the ideas, I do make protien shakes but that is usually right after my work out in the afternoons. Right now I am usually eating some sorta fat free yogurt and some kind of fruit but it just seems like that is not filling enough for me.

Yeah exactly, that's not enough. If you have the time, a good option would be to cook a few eggs and eat their whites, then you could eat a yogurt with Special K or something like that.

ok thanks ya cause lately i have been cheatin on myself at work, we get free lunch when we work and I am so hungry by then that I eat a bowl of rice and something bad lol. Usually I will have plain salmon or plain chicken but being so hungry from not eating a good breakfast I stuff myself so I have energy for my workout. Its a new week starting monday and my diet will be back on track lol. Summer is gettin closer everyday

lol! Besides that, you should take advantage of the high levels of testosterone that you have when waking up. That's one of the most anabolic moments of the day, so it's the right moment to take good proteins.

a normal breakfast for me is oats and eggs and since i have to eat breakfast at work, what i do is make a pancake with those ingredients. i grind up some oats in a coffee grinder and put in a blender with 2 whole eggs, 2 egg whites, some stevia (or splenda) and cinammon. then cook it like a pancake. warm it up for a few seconds then wash it down with a cup of milk.

years ago i also use to do some hi protein french toast my soaking some whole wheat bread in a mixture of eggs, milk and protein powder then cooking it on the stove. :)

on days when I get up early enough I usually will make some oatmeal and add some whey to it and some fruit on the top and this usually is pretty filling but just hard to make **** in the morning I am the worst person ever for mornings lol

hard-boil 7 eggs Sunday night and keep in a bowl in the fridge. Grab one w/ your breakfast - it's very fast and portable and PROTEIN
