Hello!

I am a 23 year old Male I am about 5'6 and I weight at max 214lbs

First off - I was wondering what Is a healthy weight I should be at for my age/height?

I want to be 185lbs

I am having a problem losing weight, every day is very inconsitant for me..

though the day my weight changes from 214lbs to 209lbs and every day it goes back to 214.

I know my Metabolism has alot to do with this..
How can I speed up my matabolism? I know mine is very low

Most my problem area is my stomic - and my chest (I look like I have male boobs)

I dont like that:

So how can I rid myself of the male boobs - and the big stomic?

I am going to try and start ab exercises.. but will that be enough?

Also.. Muscle Building.. I used to always work out in highschool

I have big arms.. but.. I could never seem to get them defined..

I just look huge... but theirs no tone to them.. is it possible some people cant be toned?

I'm going to skip the questions on body building/toning, as I have no experiance w/that.

As far as your stomache and your chest, excersize will help, but so will weight loss.

you can use a BMI chart, (we have one on this site) to help decide what a good weight for you would be.

What kind of diet are you currently on?? Consistancy is a key for weight loss...just take each day as they come and do the best you can.
 
No Real diet..

I work 2 jobs..

In the morn. I usually have oatmeal (1 bowl)
Drink tons of water though out the day

Today for Lunch I had a Sandwich (Turkey n Cheese)
BBQ Chips (Handful) Ding Dong, 2 Slices of Cheese.

And Mostlikely I will not have dinner because I need to get to bed real quick here cuz I have work at 2am lol..

Usually 2 Meals a day.. and some snacks but not a lot.. cup cake and a handful of chips..
