Questions

Im 16 5"5 146 lbs. I Skateboard every day its nice out. About 2-6 hours. Depending what mood im in. I did eat alot of junk food all the time. And now i want to stop and im watching my intake on calories the most. But fat also.
Im taking that 1500 calorie intake. My questions are Does "pot" have any affect towards gaining weight? ( i have stopped doing that. )

Does fiber really help people stop eating because it absorbs water?

Should i Run 35 minutes every day? or just every other day?

is that calorie intake good? ( 1500 ) if im out most of the day sweating crazy and running on the tredmill and Excersing?
