questions.

hey im 6'1 and 168 lbs. ive been working out alot about 4-5 days a week but with very little results. I worked my way up from a 150 lb max when i first started to a 200 lb max but my chest is soft as a pillow. It is not gettin hard and toned at all. Ive also been doing alot of bicep workouts like curls and pushups and while im doing it my biceps are hard and big but afterwards it becomes really soft and you cant tell at all that ive been working my biceps. Im getting stronger as you can see from my 50 lb increase on my max but my body is very little toned for how much i workout and i dont understand. Im in the gym atleast 4 days a week. I really want my body to get toned(hard nice big chest, big biceps). can anyone help me? am i doing something wrong?

Also after i workout my chest and biceps feel sore for a day or two but they never get bigger or toner. I want to tone my body realllllllllllllly good. Any help will be very appreciated.

i have also been taking creatine but it doesnt seem to be helping me.

EDIT: 10 views with no replies. can anyone help me?

My take on this is that you're not eating enough...what's your diet like?

You can work out as much as you like, but if you're not getting enough food, especially protein, you're just not gonna be able to grow more muscle. Try and get foods high in protein and low in fats, and all your carbs from complex/oatmeal sources. Eat loads of fish, tuna and salmon especially, and see how many chickens you can eat a day.

Creatine by its-self won't magically make you get more toned. Apart from some stuff about making your muscles hold more water..all it does is provide more ATP and a more dilated blood supply to your muscles, which just means you have more energy. People see mass gains cause it allows them to hit the muscles harder, but if you're not getting enough food on top then you'll just continue to make strength gains and no size/definition.

thanks for the replies. i think the problem is the food intake. is fried salmon good because thats how i usually make it or should i cook
it some other way?

read the post about gaining strenght and losing size, you'll find out how to make your muscle more compact.

the short answer is to lift heavier weights
