Hey folks! I've got a few quick questions on equipment.
I'm currently 6'0 (182.88cm), 170 LBS (77.3KG).
I'm currently living abroad in Sweden and not used to using the kind-of equipment that my host family has (I miss my ellipticals, bikes, and treadmills!!!
Ack!)
Anyway, they have a Kettler Ultra E Power Center. Forgive my lack of knowledge on these things but I BELIEVE it has a bench press unit, butterfly, leg lift, latissimus station, and optimized leg press.
They also have a bench of some sort (I can use it for a back workout I believe) but no free weights. They also have a punching bag and gloves that fit me. (woohoo! :cool3
So... my question is: given that I want to drop around 20lbs (9.07kg) does anyone know any exercises I can do with these machines? My host family barely uses them, and I've never tried to use these machines for weight-loss purposes. I was thinking high-reps/low weight would be the way to go? Thoughts?
(Also, I'm vastly improving my diet while I'm here. yay vegies!!!)
