Questions Galore

Hey guys, I'm starting my diet on Aug 14, after my cruise and I just have a few questions to prepare me.

1) I read that when you want to lose weight, you should just eat protein only, is this true?
2) Lets say I have been eating just protein only, is my metabolism messed up beyond repair?
3) Is 29" for a waist good, average, or not good? (Just wanna know) =)

1. No
2. beyond repair...no. for info on what protein-only diets do, google "ketosis"
3. that's like asking how big your boobs should be. 29" might be about right for you, but too big for someone else, or too skinny for a taller, broader framed woman.

according to 'guidelines', you should be about 10lbs lighter than you are now. Not a big amount to lose, but enough that its worth it to your health.

My guess is, its probably what you eat, and a lack of daily physical activity that's nudged you that 10lbs over "ideal".

I'd ditch any sugary drinks, for water or iced tea, get plenty fo fruits and veggies, and lean protein, and just take up a sport, or start jogging, riding a bike, etc.

Also, have fun on your cruise, but remember it's not exactly and excuse to pig out on crap food. Enjoy, but watch the portions.

most people gain weight on cruises

IMO i would use their facilities like the tread mill.

just do like 20 minutes HIIT every morning if you want lots of free time. im pretty sure these 20 minutes will boost your metabolism decently for the rest of the day
