questions about a workout routine

ive weighed 220 for about 2 years now and i think i should lose some weight. for about a week now ive been doing a 2 exersises and i dont know many more. ive been doing 50 situps and 50 squats (no weights) every night. i think i need a better routine can anyone help? as for time it doesent matter as long as it isnt over an hour and i like to workout at night. i dont realy have any equipment either. im 17 and about 5'9 - 5'11.

Awesome website. Go to exercise instruction and click on the bodyparts you want to workout. It shows you all kinds of moves.

Check out the stickies in the exercise forum. There are 6 or 7 threads posted to the top that have lots of information for you.
