ive weighed 220 for about 2 years now and i think i should lose some weight. for about a week now ive been doing a 2 exersises and i dont know many more. ive been doing 50 situps and 50 squats (no weights) every night. i think i need a better routine can anyone help? as for time it doesent matter as long as it isnt over an hour and i like to workout at night. i dont realy have any equipment either. im 17 and about 5'9 - 5'11.
