currently at the gym when i do things such as cable pulls and free weights, i can feel my pecks (spelled correctly?) tightning and working out... but problem is i have a bit of fat behind my nipple (just under the pecks) so that it looks like boobies :mad: ive used as much equip as i can find, but all of it only works pecks and not that area, is it because theres no muscles there?

if not whats the fastest way i can reduce it?
 
newf speaketh the truth - you must lower your overall bodyfat % to reduce fat stored in the pecs.

the ONLY way you can 'spot reduce' is through surgery (liposuction)
 
By your description, you may have a minor case of Gynecomastia. This is a result from excess estrogen in your body, or an imbalance of your testosterone / estrogen. Like others have said, leaning out will help reduce this, but not fully, since it may be hormonal.

Look into taking some omega3/6/9 compounds. These unsaturated fats, along with a multivitamin / multimineral suppliment, can help you with your hormone balance. If the problem persists, you should see your doctor, there are a plethora of meds you can take for this. Clomiphene Citrate (Clomid) is one of the more commonly used anti-estrogen drugs in body building.
 
before you jump to gynecomastia as the source, maybe ask if he's not a little chunky already? I mean, someone who's sitting at 22% bodyfat will have fat in their chest.

if he's 8% bodyfat and still has bitch tits, then you can start the hormone discussion.
 
im for sure hell aint that estrogen thing lol ...

im just ... fat!

my waist is about a 33.... and it aint abs

i weight about 150 and im 5'7

and it aint muscle

btw how do i test for body fat percentage?
 
you'll need someone to test it with skinfold calipers. if you belong a gym, they should be able to do it. your doctor could too, but I wouldn't make a special trip there just for that.
