Question on Push/Pull

Is there anyway that I can make full use of lower body in a push/pull split. Meaning just a two-day split, maybe sticking squats on push and deads on pull? But then that leads me to believing it may be overstressing and not giving enough time for rest. I know you guys will mention upper/lower and push/pull/legs, but I want to try something like this out if it is beneficial at all.

If you're really interested in it, go for it. But as I've said in previous posts you simply will not be giving your body the rest it needs to grow.

You can absolutely make use of the full lower body. Think of the lower body in similar terms as the upper body. The back pulls, so do the hamstrings, the chest/shoulders push, so do the quads/calves.

I agree with you that you likely won't get the rest your body needs if you do squats and deadlifts on back to back days. But if you're going to lift 4 days a week try Monday Tuesday Thursday Saturday. You can perform the movements that really shouldn't be done back to back on Thursday and Saturday. This way you'll give yourself some rest.

you can do front squats on push and RDLs on pull, they work pretty different. But, working legs 4 days a week, i dont think its that big of a deal aslong as you keep volume in check.

I think you will be fine with a 4 day push pull.

Like Karky said the only thing you have to watch is volume for your legs.

I think you may be better off doing this because you will be doing more leg exercises when your legs are fresh, instead of stringing them together all in one workout. If done properly it should be beneficial.

Post your workout ideas and we can discuss it.

Sounds good, the thing I am mostly concerned about is the volume, like you guys said, the way that Adler had the workout days seems like a really good way to do it, I'll give it a try and let you all know how it goes. :)
