Don't you find that weighing your self everyday is an exercise in frustration.
We know that our bodies are going to fluctuate based on salt intake, menstrual cycle, water retention or even increases in lean muscle mass, etc.
Reading the threads...I get the feeling like everyone is married to the scale as opposed to health and a lean, fit body. Surely ending up with a lean, fit and healthy body is more important than an actual weight.
Some people suggest that they use it to keep on track, but others say how frustrating it is.
What are your thoughts with this, what is the priority for our outcomes or results, a weight or our health and how we look and feel. Lastly can't we come up with a better way to "stay on track".
