question about shaky weight gaining

hey everyone.

i've been working out for about 5 years now for lacrosse. i recently dropped a ton of weight, i went from being the incredible bulk, really big and moderatly toned up to my current physic which is kinda like around brad pitt in fight club, little bit thinner in the shoulders and no makeup on my abs!!. now that i have my body fat where i want it i would like to gain back about 8 pounds of muscle. however, now that i think about it, i've never gained back muscle without fat, i never cared about having a six pack because i always trained for sports, not cosmetics.

anyways, i have a three day workout rotation. day one i do back and shoulders, day two is chest and day three is arms (dont worry my legs get worked out everyday with plyometrics, agility, sprinting, endurance or some serious stretching).

so what im asking is...how can i get back some of my size without gain body fat.

also, after i work out i look like the size i want but the next morning im really thin looking. and...i weigh 180 lbs in the morning, and when i go to bed i weight about 183lbs, should i shoot for a certain weight at the end of the day.

tummy-32 inch
left arm-13.2 inch
right arm-14 inch
upperchest (and back) 40.5
mid chest(nipple height) 42.5
 
hmm good idea

hey that makes sense. would u consider cycling to be a good way to release testosterone? cuz i do have that burning feeling in my legs after i cycle.
