I plan on starting P90 soon (when I get it in the mail). For those of you who have been on this routine, would you recommend adding some weight training to the workout? I was thinking 3-4 sets of Bench, Row and Squat (or lunge).
Also, I was thinking of doing more of a P120 and P120x. I am a 29 year old male approx. 5'10. I weigh 260 and I want to go down to around 200. I know nutrition is at least 60% of my success and I have been analyzing my diet the past few weeks. By the way, I'm not signing up for their 2.99 a week forum or getting their overpriced supplements.
