Question about meals

AThey say skinny people don't eat when they're not hungry... So, do I skip a meal if I still feel full from the previous one?(Ex. Skipping lunch if I still feel full from breakfast.)
 
first off, skinny people generally just eat less ... some may skip meals, but that's definitely the last thing you want to do. Your body needs the constant fuel.

So, (unless your breakfast was at 10 and lunch at 12 it's a bad idea to skip lunch. If you are still full from breakfast, than you probably ate too much. Reduce your portions so that you are starting to feel hungry by lunch.
