Question about losing weight

Hello all, I weigh 170 and I'm 6"2... people say im at a normal weight but I don't feel like I am. People do say im chubby and crap. So I want to diminish that, and 150 is pretty much in the safe zone for my weight im pretty sure (after looking through books). But I need a weight loss program or something that can allow me to enjoy the foods i like, with a blend of exercise that won't make me go insane. I'm looking at losing weight within ten months. What programs should I consider?. I am usually a cardio kinda guy, and don't mind the gym for like 30 minutes per day.
