QUE PASA AMIGOS , Need a little help on direction.

Im 15 go to high school , in pretty decent shape but nottin to be very proud of, im 5'6 and 137(per Toledo Scale) . Not sure where to start workout wise. Heres what I got.
about 1.5 miles 3-4 times a week.
50 pushups a day (exept the weekend)
sit ups (around 100)
about 150 calf raises.
I recently got to 2 20lb dumbells , a bench bar with 80 lbs of weight plates.Ive been using them after school for about an hour or so.
Eating: Oh GOD! i dislike most of the stuff thats good for me (vegetables, fruits) Anywhere outside of there i dont eat processes foods or junk food.
my diet consists of beef chicken pork multi grain cereals and bagels ect.
im now a one year diabetic type 1 , and i seem pretty helpless when it comes to getting cut toned and better muscualr endurance (my goals) i also have thyroid disease but its not that big of a deal (far as i know)

would appreciate a good workout plan and maybe a diet since you guys are the experts :D :D :D
