Hello! I am 29 and a mother of three and a half kids. Half part is a step daughter so she didn't put my body out of whack.
I was obese after my first child, 230 pounds. When I got pregnant with the second, I also developed a serious gallbladder disease. Because of my pregnancy, surgery was no option..low fat to no fat was. I lost 45 pounds during the pregnancy and after the gallbladder was extracted, I lost another 50 pounds with walking as an exercise. I was looking good. For about 3 years I maintained a good figure and felt wonderful. Then I got pregnant again. And so here i am at 180 and trying to lose weight. I did the atkins, the south beach and porked on 40 pounds yo-yoing. They say find a diet or way of eating that you know you can stick to. Eating all meats and few fruits was not something I could obviously stick to. So back to low fat. Low fat is a lot slower, but easier to maintain. I have lost 25 pounds in a little over two months. Now I am starting the walking thing again, about 2 miles a day with some mild weight lifting to tone the flabby wings that once were arms.
My ultimate goal is to be 140 . I want to make my husband WANT me all of the time, not that he doesnt want me now....but i can look better, feel better, be better!
So any interaction from the ladies and gents out there will be helpful
