Q for quick weight losers

Hey, just been wondering about this for a while so i thought i would ask it on here.

Can anyone tell me who has lost weight at a fairly fast pace (nothing drastic, but at a fairly solid and constant healthy rate), how does it feel for you physically.

Now i dont mean the feeling of more energy etc, but other things. Like I've been finding that it physically i feel like my body is shrinking, kind of like a tightening sensation. But ive also considered that it could be a state of mind and also my muscles learning to be tighter and stronger. But i was also just interested if anyone else has had anything similar.

I never felt it when i was losing weight slowly, its only since ive been really trying my hardest.

Also just another quick question, has anyone who has started working out on a regular basis started to feel withdrawals when you dont get to do it when you normally would? Ive been getting major withdrawals which are just as likely to be a state of mind. If i dont get my daily work out in by the time i usually would i feel so lathagic and even at times start to get a head ache.

Cheers!

I can't speak on the quick weight loss since I think I averaged 1.5 lbs a week :D

I do get edgy and almost achey if I cut off my workouts or miss them (generally, if I've really been pushing it sometimes my body is ready for a break and I don't get the same level of twitchiness).

Yep. I feel edgy and twitchy and ... sorta like I want to jump out of my skin. I NEED movement now. I feel like if I go a few days w/out working out, I feel off. I've been slacking lately becuase I've been putting in tons of overtime at work and I can really tell it. I need to get out and MOVE>
