Sport Putting spaghetti in fridge, still good after a few days?

Sport Fitness
Hey I wanted to add some more fiber into my diet so was thinking of having some whole wheat spaghetti at lunch time, but I don't exactly have the time to cook it each day. If I were to make a big amount of it at the start of the week and refridgerate and take a bit out each day to take to work for lunch, will it be just as good? Or does it begin to lose nutritional properties if it sits in the fridge for a while?

Thanks in advance!

You should really consume it the next day and then after that chuck it out.
The reason being is that the bacteria are multiplying and after a while theres enough to cause some problems and make you sick.

Here are some guidelines for keeping leftovers.

Many people fix food every Sunday, to have for lunch for the whole work week. It's never been known to be a problem, even though it goes a bit past the 3-4 day rule of thumb.
