Hi everyone!
This is my first time on a weight control forum, although not my first time dieting. The first time was almost a year ago. From 18-19 I slimmed down by 90 pounds, and now I'm back to take the last 30 off. My goal is to hit it by the american mother's day (I live in the uk), so that's roughly a loss of 2 1/2 pounds a week.
I haven't gained since I've stopped, and I stopped before because it felt like too much pressure on me. I purposely decided to "rest" for a while on a size medium before I went on to a small, and now I've registered here for some motivation!
