Helllllo, lovely fat-fighters!

I've been down this road before and now I'm back! Thanks to my gorgeous WLF ladies who started a facebook group to get our bums into gear!

My name is Hana. I'm 23 and work as a Special needs teaching assistant in an Autistic unit and I'mmmm a giant whale-esque fatty at the moment. But not for long, she says, staring longingly at the deliciousness of my Easter eggs (still untouched!!)

May I also add that I am an AMAZON woman. I'm 5'10 and a bit. So I should be like a fricking supermodel by the time my fat-ass gets down to my goal weight. Except less attractive. 170lbs is healthy for my height. Or just under.

I weigh 15st 6lbs which is 216lbs. Oh dear.

216lbs looks like this:

I lost about 40lbs a few years ago and looked like this:

Siiiiigh.

Anyway--I'm starting to slowly kick butt. I drunk an excessive amount of wine and do enjoy my cheese, pizzas, pasta and garlic bread BUT the fridge is stocked with horrible looking weight watchers meals and I'm going to whip up a Spanish Omelette to have for lunches for the week.

I'm thinking positive! For now... :banghead:

Anyway, feel free to follow me on my journey. I'm not sure how many familiar faces are still around on here these days but I'd love to make new friends :smash:

Welcome back to the forum...

LOL I did much the same - but during an earlier timespan (leaving about the time that you joined) and came back at New Year for the 2013 project...

We both had really successful projects last time round - and we can do again what we have done before.

Thanks honey :) I know I can do it because I've done it before but feel like it's going to be a longggg struggle.

Hi Hana!! I had a journal a lonnnng time ago and am now (sorta, kinda) starting over. I was wondering about you and here you are! That makes me happy, you always had a great style of writing. Stick around, please, if not for you then for the rest of the folks on here ;-)

Hey Laura :) I remember you! :beating: Hope you're doing okay--Will hunt out your diary later!

So yesterday was a success. Ate pretty much the same thing all day but that was fine with me and managed to avoid the wiiiiine. Went for a walk with my Yank and then had a pretty late night but I still got up at 6am even though I'm off work this week. Siiiiigh. Never mind. New day and I'm ready to kick butt!

Hey Hana!!! I remember you from 2 years ago!
I am back too.. no worries - the most important thing is that you are on the right track!!
Sooner than you think you will be slim again! (You already look fab !) x

Hellllo lovely familiar faces :beating:

Oh how I have missed you all <3

Yes, indeed, I do love the pasta. I would eat it for every meal (and often do ;)).

Plan for today is pasta (shocking!!) for lunch and then a weight watchers meal for dinner and some SNAAACKS! But we'll see how that works out.

And my scales are officially BROKEN. Which is probably a good thing. Can't afford any more until pay day *plays tiny violin* because I'm skint already. Stupid money. Applying for jobs that pay more but will have to see. It's a shame because I adore my job but it just doesn't pay enough. We always scrape by at the end of the month and haven't been able to put away any savings at all. So yes, scales will be got next month. WHICH IS A GOOOOD THING! Yes, yes it is. Because then I will be in for a glorious surprise when I see how much fatness I've lost :D

Breakfast: skipped
Lunch: 60g of pasta (112)
Dinner: WW chicken and mushroom pie + plain pasta (424)
Snacks: ryvita and low-fat cream cheese (80)

Total: 616 (way too low!)
Exercise: 25 min walk

I have drunk 6 litres of water in 48 hours. Seriously quite concerned about risk of weeing in my sleep. You're never too young for plastic sheets, right? :leaving:

So today has been full of win so far! Drunk a butt-ton of water and have had a 112 calorie bowl of plain wholegrain pasta for lunch. Waiting for the Yank to get home so we can have a glass of wine and then it's a WW meal with a side of mashed potatoes for me :D

Breakfast: 1 egg on 1 slice of toast (no butter/oil) (160)
Lunch: pasta (112)
Dinner:
Snacks:

Total:
Exercise: 20 min walk

I knowww--I usually have them with a ton of butter, milk and a little cheese so need to make them less calorific! My WW meal comes with mash on the side but it just looks vile. Like seriously rank. It's orange to I don't even think it's potato. I think it's suede and carrot. Fake mash is just not acceptable.

P.S I've missed your face, Jen. *pootles over to diary*

I just found a solitary box of Kraft Mac and Cheese in the cupboard that the in-laws brought over from America. Now I must burn it. It's the only way. Throwing it out will result in me going through the bins like a giant blonde trash fox at 4am after smoking a bong with the neighbor.

Thought I'd share this rather sexual photo of myself drunkenly eating cream crackers drowning in butter at 4am after a night out. If I share my shame it'll stop me eating crackers, right? Right? RIGHT?

Wonder if sticking on fridge will deter me from eating (as look hideous, slaggy mess and rather manatee-esque) or just make me hungry. Something to ponder.

P.S Just noticed how claw-like my hand is. Maybe turning into giant bird better than being slaggy mess?

Aww..you look adorable! And yes, you must burn the neon orange mac and cheese crack... It IS the only way. haha!
