Hi guys,

I've put on 6kgs in the last 6 months. That's a kg per month and now I have reached rock bottom and feel really bad.

I need to lose weight

Eat less? Exercise more?

Really, you need to give us some more information, like current height and weight, for starters. 6kg is what, 13lbs? Doesn't sound like anything to get too depressed about, assuming you're already a reasonable weight for a guy (~200lbs +/- 20lbs), you should be able to take that weight off in as little as 2 months.

Fair Enough. Here is my info:
Male
32 years old
Weight 83.6Kgs - 13.1 stones
Height 169cm - 5ft and 6.54 inches
Ideal weight 69Kgs - 10.8 stones
Need to lose 14.6Kgs - 2.3 stones

So that is quite a lot for a little man like me.

If you're putting on weight, then you're eating too much. Read the stickies in the forums about calorie levels and nutrition. That'll give you a starting point.

and by "eating too much", that simply means too many calories. That can be rectified by a) changing your diet to eat healthier food b) exercising more to burn more calories c) reducing your calories, if you are eating healthy, but just too much
