Today has been interesting. I logged in got some advice, left some posts and felt the love what a wonderful start!
Then the stress started and I ended up crying and carrying on. However, my eating was not really affected so here is the tally so far:
2 Quaker Low Fat Granola Bars-100 cals each
1 Ligt n. Fit Yogurt 4 oz
2 bananas
2 baked Chicken Legs
1/2 cup Mixed Veggies
40 oz Crystal Light
32 oz water
Activity---going on a 40 minute walk after I decide what's for dinner, more than likely grilled chicken and corn for me.

I am really strong and seem to be doing much more in the gym but the weight is not budging and I have been at it a month already, maybe tracking calories is the answer...let me know your thoughts...
