I am ready to start maximizing my workouts, and I can't do it without help. I am open to any suggestion and all research. I have been working out for a couple years and I am ready to get serious. Most of my prior body shaping has been through use of my own body. (pushups, situps, dips, pull ups, squats, lunges) I am fortunate to have access to a gym now. Whatever it takes, because it's worth it. I look forward to a mind (and body) expanding experience here. I'm Dan.

Have you taken a look around yet? The sticky threads at the top of the forum sections contain a lot of helpful information to get you started. I'd also suggest starting a journal in the journal section to track your progress. It's usually the best way to get feedback on what you're doing as well!
 
I have taken a quick look at some of the stickys and I know I'm in the right place. I'm starting a journal right about meow. Thank you for the reply.
