Hey everyone!
Sooo, I just made my first protein shake today and well, it's left me less than eager to drink it again tomorrow. I followed the instructions on the side of the tub, that said to mix one scoop of powder with 6-8oz of water in a glass. When I tasted it, it felt like I was drinking watered down milk. Is it supposed to be like that, or am I missing anything? Is there something I can do to make it taste less "bleh" and more enjoyable? I'll drink it the way it is now, if I have to, but I'm hoping there's a different way to make this stuff. If anyone could leave any tips or suggestions, that'd be GREATLY appreciated.
