Protein help Its my enemy

I am 202 pound, 23 yr old male

5.5 ft tall

Average built with belly and little muscle

My exercise is in check. I am ENDOMORPHIC I am eating 200g of protein and 100g of carbs. I am fuc*ing tired of eating meat all the time and lots of it to get 200g of protein per day. How in the hell all these people on here eat so much meat day after day and not get the sickest feeling from the meat? I am just tired of it.
 
i dont think u need necessarily 1g/pound. i think steve recommends 1g/pound of lean muscle. so find out your percentage of body fat, minus this off your weight, and thats what you should be eating.

for example i weigh 136 and have 21% body fat (136 times 21% = 28 pounds of fat, minus off from total weight tells me i roughly need 108g protein/day. i think this is right? anyone correct me if im wrong. so unless you are weight training daily i dont think u need 1g/pound. also another suggestion is trying protein shakes/bars.

100 grams of carbs x 4 = 400 calories

1200 calories a day is quite low...

How many calories a day are you really getting?

Eating meat, I'd guess another ~800 calories a day from fat. 200g of protein from boneless skinless chicken breast gives you 21g of fat, and that's about as lean as you can get.

I personally wouldn't try to get 1 gram per pound of total weight if I were carrying a lot of excess fat. 1 gram per pound of lean mass should be much more manageable.
