Protein bars...

I'm trying to start a clean diet. However I was just wondering whether home-made protein bars would be allowed? - I use protein powder in them.
If not what could I have instead of home-made protein bars to eat in a clean diet?

Thanx lepper

Homemade protein bars are probably preferred because you know exactly what's going into them.

Post your recipe if you get a chance.

yes, they're certainly acceptable in a clean diet. I'd like to see the recipe, too - not too often I find a tasty one

I check the Nut info on the back of my bars and just ignore the ones with sugar. I go for the ones with a little sugar alcohol or none at all. There are some really tasty ones out there and they are a part of my diet. I usually buy the ones on sale at the Kroger, they seem to rotate different brands each month.

Well I've been using a recipe I found on here only slightly changed.

3 Cups Oatmeal
1/2 Cup Natural Peanut butter
1 cup Non-Fat Milk
2-3 Scoops Protein Powder

Anything I should change?
If anyone could post one of their recipes then that would be very cool.
