Hey all... so I was just doing some calculation recently and found out some interesting stuff about my BMR and what my daily caloric intake should be. I need to be eating about 2200 calories per day to maintain my weight. I currently eat approximately 2000 calories and burn about 400-600 per day. Am I in the prime area for weight loss, or am I making too much of a deficit? Or should I be creating more of a deficit...?
