Hi everyone.
so i've changed my diet a week ago, and i have to say it's not easy for the first little while!
I am mostly eating lean proteins and lots of veggies. And obviously controlling the portions of what i eat.
My exercises haven't been as regular. Work has just been crazy, but as work slows down I will be more committed to my work outs!
However I do not trust my scale what so ever, so i am going by my pants and belt, seeing if my stomach is starting to appeal flatter and how my pants fit. Any advice on how to keep on track is always welcome :) Hope everyone is doing well and staying healthy! :)
