Here are my befores, and in-betweens.
I dropped 20-30ish pounds over 8 weeks. I stuck to a healthy carb diet, and did cardio every day along with some light weight training.
In case you want a little more info, I'm 5'7.5", 21 years old, started out in the 200-210lbs range, and am now in the 180-185lbs range (I hate how much it varies). I'm still struggling to see myself as a smaller person, and still consider myself very obese. I know these are some issues that I have to deal with myself, and my family and friends say I look a lot better so far, but I'm going to need some more results before I believe them I think. Let me know what you think though, and please be honest
