Programmer

Hi i am wanting to get more defined but bulk up slightly and i am currently doing this as a programme,

Monday :- Cardio Football 6 a side

Tuesday: Shoulders + Triceps + Abs

Wednesday:- Back

Thursday:- Cardio - 10x 100m sprints mixed with 10x 50m jog (about 2 mile in the end) + Abs

Friday:- Chest and Biceps

Saturday:-Abs + Legs , Sight cardio

Sunday:- Rest

Plus i have been trying to get my abs through for a while now and can see them getting there, any help on excercises that can be benifitial to this.

I would suggest reading the stickies in the body building forum. lots of good information
