Program

I would like someone to post me a good weights program for a Chest, Bicep & Tricep program.

I know I need a complete body workout but I have the rest covered.

I want to know what the most effective exercises are.

I don't want to build too much muscle I want to tone alot more. I understand matrix and endurance training is good for this?

Please help....
 
Bench - F/I/D, chinups, bentover rows palms up, shoulder press, Standing BB Curls, Lying Triceps extension.
