Problems with my workout and diet

Hi guys!!!
This is my 1st post hope you all can support me with your answer and helps... :)

Okay, Lets start with my meals. I live in asia, normally they have portion of small food with an amount of rice here. I usually order eggs,veggies and meat ( checken or pork). I heard that rice is no good as they contain too much carbo that can change into fats if left unused. In asia, its hard to obtain salads... Recently i started to have oatmeal for breakfast and i have no idea where i can get hold of cottage cheese. During the night my mum usually cooks 2 veggies 1 meat and soup. Which is quite heavy.

As for workouts, I normally exercise one day and rest the other. Is this good? or i should at least do cardio everyday. I do push-ups,chinup,sit,crunches and some dumbbell lifting... All these execise only target my biceps,triceps and abs... I have no idea what exercise to do at home to target my chest,wing and other body area. I only have one pull up bar and 2 dumbell at home. Sorry i don't have a home gym, so that really sucks. :mad: I just started for 1 week and i lost 1kg. Is it good or bad?

To summarise:
1.I need an idea what i should get and change for my meal settings.

2. I need some way to target my chest and other area with the limited eqps. I don't mind buying an extra equipment if it is not too expensive.

3. Is what i am doing now good?

You can use your dbs to do bent over db rows. A chin up bar can be used to do hanging pikes for the abs, and chins and pull ups for your lats (wings). 1 legged db squats and lunges for the legs.
