I am training to be a professional wrestler... I have the skills down, but not the physique.
I am 6 foot 5 and weigh about 255lbs... problem is most of this is not good weight. I carry alot of fat on my chest belly and arse.
I have a bench press at home (cousin moved house and didn't have room for it) as well as a leg press. I was wondering what excercises I should do/how much to build up more muscle and lose the fat at the same time.
If anyone could help me with diet plans, excercises and namely weight lifting regimes I would be eternally grateful.
My goal is to be comfortable not wearing a shirt infront of people. I need bigger arms and pecs, more toned abs... my legs are fine (fromt being overweight) but that is about it. If anyone can help, thank you.
