Hi, i have a powerplate and use it up to 3/4 times a day.
However i was wondering how effective it actually is for weight loss? I am doing long hours away from home for work and uni at the moment and by the time i get home its dark and im exhausted. i live in the middle of nowhere so i dont have many options on what to do.
But if the powerplate is not really effective im really going to have to rethink what i do. I am on my 4th week of my diet and i lost 7.5lbs in the first week and sdtayed the same in the second and am awaiting my fourth weigh in but i honestly dont think ive lost any..
I think im also having too much pasta and potatoes (which are "free" on my diet plan.
Ideas?
