I recently purchased the Power 90 series. I had read on here actually that it was a very good work out if you stay dedicated to it for the 90 days. I have no doubt that I'll be able to do that. Though almost all of the reviews were great, there were a few that said that it will make you bulky and like a body builder if youre a woman. That is not something I want. I just wanted to drop inches and tone up. Is this true about Power 90?
