Post your typical days eatings!

And the calories to go with it. I know you probably have something different every day but just a typical days diet plan would be cool. I need some ideas basically. Include drinks as well please. For me its usually something like:

Breakfast:

2 X Weetabix with semi-skimmed milk (215 cals approx)
instant coffee (50 cals approx)
1 vitamin tablet (contains all the vitamins needed in a day) (o cals)

AM snack:

500ml bottle of mineral water (0 cals)
An Alpen cereal bar (110 cals)

Lunch:

500ml bottle of mineral water (0 cals)
Alpen cereal bar (110 cals)

Tea/dinner (whatever you call it)

A small curry including:
chicken breast fillets
peas
salad
The curry sauce (usually a Pataks brand)
rice

Afters:

Small ice cream portion


Im not sure how many cals are in the curry or icecream, not a lot though.

Hi Eazy,

There are a number of people in this community who do that on a daily basis in their journals/diaries. If you glance through a few pages, you're bound to find an entry with the day's food and (sometimes) calories. I know I try to do this daily (sometimes with not much luck, but hey, trying is worth something) as do several others. Just take a look around, it's all there. Good luck!

My typical day:

Eat 1200-1300 calories; Exercise 1 hour; Teach children how to play band instruments. *covers ears* :)

OH! And I take 1 Flintstone Vitamin (yum) and 1 Viactiv Calcium supplement.
 
K, I forgot to eat any snacks today:eek: Here goes...

Breakfast: 1 slice whole grain toast and peanut butter 200 cal.
Lunch: spaghetti with pesto sauce, 1 cup, 3/4 chicken breast 500 cal.
Supper: chicken fajita with low-fat cheese, tomato and red pepper 600 cal.


Ok, so today was a bad day...that's about 1300 calories, with no snacks. Should've had a lighter lunch. Let's see, a small bowl of turkey veggie soup is only about 200 cal. (I think), and add a banana and an apple to my day, and I'm set.

I'm not good for this, as I don't usually count calories, and I don't like many veggies:eek:

1300 calories is only 200 more than the minimum you should have for safe weightloss, its not exactly a bad day.
Or am i missing something, are some people here having like 900 calories?
 
No, I did pretty good calorie wise. It's just that I wasted too many calories on the fajita (with the tortilla shell and the cheese). If I had filled up on veggies, I would have had calories left to have a snack in there too. It's just a matter of using your amount of calories wisely :) I'm actually aiming for about 1200 calories, so yesterday wasn't bad.
