Post what you eat thread

I thought it would be a good idea to make a post what you eat thread where everyone can post what they eat sense there is alot of posts from new people and everyone asking what they can eat. I know there is alot of information on here about certain things to eat but its scattered all over the place and i think it would help newbies get started without so much frustration. I myself, Am even geting sick of what i eat and need some new idea's. I know theres a recipe forum on here but thats geared more towards just "healthy" recipes and not on weight loss like this section of the forum is.

Ok i will start this off

What i eat:

Smuckers natural peanut butter
Tuna Salad (made with miricle whip, very low in calories and stuff)
Baked toritillia chips (very low in calories and everything)
Taco Bell salsa (all it has is 15 calories in 2 table spoons)
Boneless/Skinless chicken breast with mccormick rotisery chicken seasoning on it, grilled on regular grill.
Tomato soup
Grilled cheese with kraft fat free cheese and some garlic sprinkled on the bread and pam sprayed on the bread and pan before cooking instead of using butter.
Subway, For subs i either get the Subway club with light mayo, tomato, lettuce, onions and the american processed cheese (I think it has the least ammount of calories and stuff) or the oven roasted chicken sub with the same stuff. Sometimes i get the grilled chicken salad also.
Apples, Banana's and cantalopes
Hard boiled eggs with the yolks taken out.

And thats all i can think of right now.

Edit: I forgot to add that i have 2 - 3 shakes a day of MET-rx Meal replacement powder, I mix it in water and that stuff taste great its better then having a candy bar. Also has 38 grams of protein in each one. And that also brings up another thing, Dont think that you need to mix your protein powder with milk for it to taste good, If you have a good protein powder you should be able to mix it in water and avoid all of the extra crap in milk.

That stirfry sounds good spockafina,
It's really easy and takes less than 10 minutes!

I get bags of frozen veggies (usually a stir-fry blend or just broccoli and cauliflower). I cook the veggies in the oil until they thaw, then add the already-grilled chicken breast (I grill a bunch on Mondays for a few days, so I always have some in the fridge) until it's warmed through.

Thanks i'll half to try that :) I was wondering if your just eating a chicken breast how do you warm it up after you have grilled it? I was also thinking about doing that cause its to cold to stand outside and grill all the time here.
