Post-flu binging

I was wondering if anyone could help me with this. I had the flu yesterday. Today, I'm feeling a little better but my appetite is not up and going yet.

I have not consumed very many calories these two days (due to nausea)--though my weight is pretty stable (water retention?).

I know I will be super hungry when I feel better. How do I keep myself from binging?
 
I would say make sure you're really well hydrated... sometimes thirst can pretend to be hunger...

and do eat something - I'd go with fairly plain foods - but with protein...
